unexplained weight loss, dehydrated secondary to polyuria, nausea, vomiting, hypotension and
tachycardia. You further requested for Modified Oral Glucose Tolerance Test. The OGTT results
came as follows;
After overnight fast,
FBS- 3.9 mmol/L
Reference (= 5.3mmol/L)
After an hour of oral glucose RBS- 11mmol/L Reference (= 10.0mmol/L)
After 2hours
RBS- 9.6mmol/L Reference (= 8.6mmol/L)
After 3hours
8.8mmol/L
Reference (= 7.8 mmol/L)
