Chapter 3 of the textbook reviews ethics and the law.  Chapter 4 of the textbook explores Constitutional law. The law is often discussed in the news.  Find in the newspaper, on the Internet or on television a story involving Constitutional law.  only provide real news stories, no fictional stories (such as CSI)!   Describe the news article and answer the following questions: 1.  Is federal or state constitutional law involved.  Explain what specifc provision of the Constitutional is involved and a bit about the facts of the case; 2.  court is hearing the dispute (if provided in the news article); 3.  If a business is a party, explain how the business is impacted by the court case; 4.  Are there any ethical issues or disputes involved in this case, explain? Instructions: Each student must post an answer to my question which would be your initial response (200-500 words in length) and contain two references to the textbook readings. If you are using the online version of the textbook, include the section number of the topic from the book along with a paragraph number (such as “Section 1-1a, para. 2”). Your initial response (which is the answer to my question) should be completed by Saturday, February 23rd at midnight.   In addition to this, you must post four additional substantive posts in response to your classmates messages. All posts on Discussion Board 2 must be made by midnight on February 26th.  For full participation board credit, you must post at least five posts (your initial response to my question and four responsive substantive posts to your classmates messages).  Make sure to carefully review what counts as a substantive post as set forth in the course syllabus.
